Renew Club Membership and Contact Details

Each member of every surf club around Australia is required to have their own login
STEP 1 – RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE
–If you have used the SLSA Members Portal and Lifesaving Online before, go to the Login tab. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, follow the links to receive your login details (please note that the Club Office cannot access or provide these details for you).
–If you have not used Lifesaving Online before, go to the Create Account tab. Follow the instructions to register and receive a confirmation email or SMS. When you receive your confirmation email or SMS follow the instructions to activate your account.
–Once you have activated your account or logged in, click on My Memberships tab at the top of the page and follow the link to renew your membership.
Please check your details carefully and make any changes. Ensure your email address is correct.
Read and tick the declaration agreement boxes at the bottom of the page.
–Please note that each Club member will need to complete this process. If you have a family membership, please ensure you renew each individual member separately.
You will then be directed to the payment gateway. Your online membership renewal request will not be accepted until payment is received.
STEP 2 – PAY ONLINE
Once you have renewed your membership you will be prompted to pay your fees online.
Ensure North Cottesloe appears as the Club or Service to be paid.
Choose the “Membership Fee” category from the drop down menu. Click on the “View Price List” tab if you need to check the fee for your category.
Write your name in the payment details field (very important!).
Enter your Visa or Mastercard card details, confirm your payment details and submit.
Your membership renewal and payment are now complete. A receipt will be emailed to you if you provided your email address.
If you have a family membership you can pay for all members in one transaction. You must make sure however that you have renewed each person’s membership separately as per the “Renew Your Membership” instructions in Step 1. Place your surname followed by “Family” in the payment details field. Please note that this membership category is only for people who have children under the age of 18 who are actively participating in Nippers or Cadets. Associate members are not eligible for Family membership.
